SERVICE POLICY

At The Grounding Room, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service in a welcoming and relaxing environment. Our policies are designed to ensure that all clients have a pleasant and seamless experience.

 

Consultation Policy:

  • Pre-Service Consultation: We require a consultation before every service. This allows our stylists and therapists to understand your preferences, discuss your needs, and recommend the best treatments. Consultations are complimentary and essential for customizing your experience to meet your specific beauty and wellness goals.

 

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

  • Appointment Booking: A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to your service total upon completion.

  • Cancellation: We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours before the beginning of your appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule and accommodate other clients.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

  • No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointments without prior notice will also forfeit their deposit and may be required to pre-pay for future services.

 

Deposit Policy:

  • Deposits: A deposit amounting to 50% of the service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit is to secure your appointment slot and will be deducted from your service charge on the day of your appointment.

  • Refunds: Deposits are refundable if the cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. If [Salon Name] needs to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a future booking, at your preference.

Service Guarantee:

  • We guarantee your satisfaction with our services. If you have concerns about the service you received, please inform us within 48 hours. We are committed to rectifying any service only if a complaint is made within this time frame.

 

Right to Refuse Service:

  • The Grounding Room reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our staff or other clients.

Health and Safety:

  • Please inform us of any health conditions or allergies that could affect your services. We follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure the safety and comfort of all our clients.

 

Privacy Policy:

  • Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected from clients is used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Payment:

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, . Full payment is due upon completion of service.
